  • Alteration Type 1 Applications – Starting at $5,500.00
  • Alteration Type 2/3 Applications – $2,250.00 (plus $300.00 per additional floor)
  • Construction Equipment Permits – $1,250.00
  • Demolition Permits
    • Application Filing, Approval & Pre-Demo: $2,500.00
    • Demo Permit: $1,250.00
    • Mechanical Means Approval: $500.00

Work Permits & Specialized Approvals

  • DOB Work Permit
    • New Building: $1,000.00
    • Alteration Work: $500.00 each
  • After Hours Work Permits (50% non-refundable if denied)
    • Up to 7 Consecutive Calendar Days: $350.00 each
